Important Notes (Europe)

• Deliveries in Europe can be completed within 24–48 hours using the express air service.

• Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on both the selected products and the delivery address.

• This allows you to know the total amount, including shipping costs, before finalizing your purchase, ensuring transparency and the best possible rate based on your needs.

• Ball boxes have additional shipping costs, depending on the destination. These are shown in the cart once the delivery address is known.

• All countries not listed in the table do not have ground shipping available and will only have air delivery service.

• Product gifts are not included in international orders.

• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.

• Shipping costs, whether free or not, are subject to change depending on the type and quantity of product.

🛃 Customs Information

If the delivery address is outside the European Union, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes, which will be charged at the time the package arrives at its destination.

• Any additional cost due to customs clearance will be your responsibility.

• As the importer, you must comply with all laws and regulations applicable in the destination country.

• International shipments are subject to inspection and opening by customs authorities, which may delay delivery.

🌐 Purchases from Abroad

To deduct VAT from international invoices, it is mandatory to provide a valid ID card or passport number.

• Shipping costs, applicable taxes, and all other surcharges or fees will be detailed at the checkout, allowing the user to know the exact final product price and its breakdown.

• A deposit estimate for import duties may be included during the order process.

• These funds will be used to pay the import taxes to the proper authorities when the order arrives in the destination country.

• The estimated import tax amount will appear on your order summary page. If not displayed, the customs fees will be borne by the recipient.

✅ Offer and Acceptance

The contract procedure and pre-contractual information are provided in Spanish, and this will be the language used for concluding the contract.
If contracting is available in another language, this will be indicated before the procedure begins.

🚚 Delivery Times

Products are delivered by external companies, offering door-to-door service, usually within the following timeframes after confirmation of shipment:

Mainland Spain and Portugal

• Delivery time: 48 to 72 working hours, provided we have stock and the payment method is PayPal or Cash on Delivery.

• If you pay by bank transfer, the shipping process will begin once the payment with the order reference has been received in Time2Padel’s account.

• If the product is out of stock, delivery will take 3 to 7 working days.

• If the product is out of stock and estimated delivery exceeds 7 days, we will notify you with the wait time provided by the supplier. You may accept or cancel the order in this case.

Canary Islands, Azores, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and International Orders

• Delivery times may be longer than those mentioned above. You can contact Customer Service for confirmation.

• Based on the order volume, the time may be extended. This will be shown during the purchase process.

• In case of force majeure or other unforeseen events beyond Time2Padel’s control, delivery may not be possible. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Gifts are included only for shipments within Europe, except for Canary Islands, Madeira, and Azores, where they are also included unless a discount voucher is applied.
Time2Padel also reserves the right to exclude gifts if they disproportionately increase shipping costs.

Delivery Address

TIME2PADEL commits to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address you provide.
To optimize the delivery process, the address must be one where the order can be delivered during regular business hours.

• Before making payment, you will have the option to enter a shipping address different from the one used during registration.

TIME2PADEL is not responsible if delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the user.

• Circumstances beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the recipient’s absence.

🔁 Transfer of Risk and Ownership

The buyer obtains ownership of the TIME2PADEL products once the shipping confirmation is received and the product leaves our warehouse.

• Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the user at the indicated delivery location.

Risk of the products (including loss, damage, or theft) is transferred to the user at the moment the product is made available, in accordance with these conditions.

🚨 Delivery Issues and Order Tracking

You must notify us of any cases where your order has not been received within the indicated timeframes.

Order Tracking:

• Mainland Spain or Balearic Islands: You will receive an SMS from Envialia with your tracking code.

• Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Portugal (mainland, Madeira, Azores), Europe or International: You will receive an email from the carrier with your tracking code.

If delivery is not possible, the courier company will contact you again to arrange a new delivery time or date.
The logistics provider will inform you of the available options.

When your order is delivered, please check that everything is in accordance with your purchase.
