How do you place an order?

Is VAT included on the products?

Yes, every single price on our web page incluyes 21% VAT.

Can I order from Baleares or Portugal?

Yes, we have the same conditions that applies to the Iberian Peninsula.

Can I order from Canarias, Ceuta or Melilla?

Yes, but in this cases there are some special conditions. We recommend you contacting Time2Padel so they can offer you all the necessary information.

Are there discounts over the products?

Yes, we may be able to apply a discount on some certain products after studying each case individually. Ask us and if we accept the discount, we will give you a discount code which you will be able to use when closing the purchase.

*Important: If you make use of any discount code you will not receive the included presents which the product description adds. Both promotions can not be used at the same time.

 

Can I choose the rackets weight?

Yes, when you select the racket you want to buy, there will be an option for you to choose the weight of the racket. Or in the comments box.

What happens if there is no stock for the product I bought?

We will contact you as fast as possible to let you know and try to find a solution.

Do Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity of items bought?

No, shipping costs depend on the parcel’s value and payment method and the dimensions of the package.

How much will be shipping take?

The shipping process is from 24 to 48 hours (business days) in the Iberian Peninsula and Baleares, if there is no stock problem with the products ordered and the payment method is PayPal or Cash on Delivery. If your payment method is bank transfer or deposit, the shipping process will start once the company has received the money.

If your order is not in our stock and we verify that the delivery will be more than 7 working days, we will inform you immediately with an approximate delay time, offering the client, in this case, the option to accept or decline the order.

Orders with destination Canarias, Ceuta or Melilla may take more time than the deliveries inside the Iberian Peninsula or Baleares. Ask us.

How can i know the stage of my order?

When entering your account inside our web page, you will also be able to check any modifications or stages your order has gone through. You can also ask us by giving us the shipping number through any of our contact modes.

Can I ask for the order to be delivered to a different address to the one given?

Yes. Before doing the payment, we offer you the option to write a delivery address different to the one you registered with.

Which are the payment methods?

Time2Padel has several payment modes to offer the client through online parchase:

If you decide to make a bank deposit, you can do so at any Banesto office. In both cases you shall mention the purchase number as concept for the bank transfer or deposit. As soon as we receive the money, we will proceed to send you the package.

 

Payment through PayPal

Is yet the easiest and most secure way to do a payment through the Internet. If you do not have an account, you can create one here:

Cash payment

Cash payment can only be done at our store in Madrid. You have to place your order through the web page or by calling us and wait until you receive a confirmation e-mail saying that the order is prepared for you to collect it.  In case the material shows any random irregularity, you will have to proceed to turn it back as established for any other payment mode.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is simple and secure. You will proceed to pay, in cash, when the transport agency rings at your home, not before.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

¿ What happens if the shoes or clothes i have bought aren’t the right size?

The client has 15 days since the receiving of the products to return it back. It will be the client who will pay for the shipping cost when giving back a product.

Every returned product will have to be approved by Time2Padel, for which it will have to meet the following requirements:

 

1.-  Orders returned will have to carry the bill inside, including a contact number.

 

2.- The products must be new, with no use, with all the seals and original tags (boxes, blisters, plastics, accessories, etc).

 

3.- The products must get to destination in perfect conditions. In case they are tennis shoes or other products with its own box, this box must be protected as it is considered part of the product. It must not be used as a delivery box.

 

In case the return has been accepted, we will generate a voucher with the total purchase amount so you can spend it on our web site or at our store in Madrid. In any case, money will NOT be refunded.

 

WARANTEE

Does the product have a warranty?

All our products have the warranty  given by each brand or supplier. These suppliers guarantee that the products sold in this website are in perfect conditions and they do not present any flaw or hidden faults that could make them dangerous or inadequate for the normal use.

In compliance with the current law, our products have a two year guarantee from the day the purchase is effective. During the first six months, the flaw that could present its presumed to be original from the manufacturers, unless proven otherwise. The consumer must prove that it has also been a flaw original from the manufacturers if produced from the sixth months and before the two years.

If before the sixth month a damage/deterioration is produced  in the product and the costumer suspects that is must be because of a flaw from the manufacturers you can make use of the guarantee protocol contacting our costumers service 0034 640 376 889, being Time2Padel who will process the guarantee with the technical dept. of the brand.

Once the article has been analyzed by the technical dept. three situations may occur:

1.- That the technical dept fixes the product and its sent back to the client.

2.- That the technical service changes the product for a new one. In this case, they will always give you back the same product, making it impossible to be changed for another one (except if the production has ended)                                               

3.- That the technical service says the product has no fabrication issues and so the do not proceed to change it or repair it. In this occasion, the product will be returned to the client in the same conditions as it had been sent.

 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

By sending us an email to info@time2padel.com, the client has the right to return any purchase (right of withdrawal). You will need to include in the email the following information:

-          Name and surnames

-          Email and phone number

-          Purchase number

-          Bill

The return can be made during the first 14 days since the product has been received.
The client will be the one in charge for paying the return shipment free, not us.

International shipping

For this type of delivery, the minimum expense must be 195€ in one single article so that the delivery fees are free. If this happens, TIME2PADEL is in a position in which they can decide not to send presents inside the package.

Delivery fees for purchases under 195€ or for several products which go over 195€ are:

Europe: 14,95€ for shipping fees.

America: Shipping cost is 19,95€ for this area
