Can I place orders if I am from the Balearic Islands or Portugal?
Yes, with the same conditions as shopping on the peninsula.
Can I place orders if I am from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla?
Yes. For these cases there are special conditions. We recommend contacting Time2padel in advance for more information.
Are there discounts on products?
Yes, we can make discounts on the products by studying each particular case. Ask us and if this discount is accepted, we will send you a code that can be redeemed at the time of your purchase, before making the payment.
* Important: If any discount code is used you will not receive the gifts indicated in the information of that product. Both promotions are not supported.
Can I choose the weight of the shovel?
Yes, when you select the padel racket you want to buy there is a drop-down where you choose the weight of it.
What if the product I ordered is sold out?
We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and look for the best solution.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING MY ORDER COST ME?
What are the shipping costs?
Peninsula and Portugal (peninsula):
Cash back payment is not available for the Balearic Islands.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
Shipping costs are 15 euros when making the purchase by deposit, transfer or payment with PayPal. The cash on delivery option is not available for these areas.
Do shipping costs vary depending on the number of items ordered?
No, shipping costs depend on the amount of the order and the method of payment. You can learn more in the previous question.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time is 24 to 48 hours (in business days) to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, provided that we have stock of the products ordered and the payment method is PayPal or cash on delivery. If your payment method is deposit or bank transfer, the shipping process will start once the deposit has been received with the order reference in the Time2padel account.
If your order is not in stock, you will receive it between 3 and 7 business days.
If your order is not in stock and we verify that getting such order is more than 7 business days, we will immediately inform you with the waiting time indicated to us by the distributor of material, and the customer can, in this case, accept or reject the order.
Orders for the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla may take longer than shipments to Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Contact us
How do I know the status of my order?
By entering your personal account within our website to view the data, you can also check your email, each time the status of your order changes the system sends an automatic email with the notification, you can also consult us the status indicating the order number using one of our contact methods.
Can I request that the order be shipped to an address other than the one I registered with?
Yes. Before making the payment, we give you the option to put a shipping address different from the one with which you registered.

Payment via PayPal
It is the easiest and safest way to make payments online. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can create it at this link:
Cash payment will be made at our Madrid office. You will need to place your order on the web or by phone and wait for confirmation that the order is ready for collection. They'll deliver your package there. Please note that this is a pick-up and drop-off office, so you will not be able to show material there, nor can you try on clothes. In case the material presents any anomaly you must manage its return on a regular basis.
Cash on delivery:
Cash on delivery is simple and secure. At the time of delivery of the order, the amount of the cash purchase is paid to the courier company.
This option will only be available for domestic orders or Portugal. Buy now and pay in convenient installments. If you select this payment method you can split the payment by up to 6 installments by adding a commission that will be reflected at the time of payment. Once the purchase is made, the first payment will be made, repeating the same day of each month until the total amount is settled. If you wish you can use the simulator that you will find in each product to know the commission associated with each purchase.
CHANGES AND RETURNS
What if I don't look good on the clothes or slippers I bought?
The customer has a period of 15 calendar days, from the date of receipt of the goods, to return a product. It will be the customer who will bear the shipping costs of the return. No goods received due to freight will be collected.
All returns must be approved by Time2padel, for which the following requirements must be met:
1.- Send the products with the purchase invoice, including a contact phone number.
2.- Products must be new and unused, with the original seals and labels (boxes, blister, plastics, accessories, etc.).
3.- Products have to arrive in perfect condition. In case of sending shoes or other products that have their own box, said box has to be protected as it is considered part of the item and cannot be used as a shipping box.
If the return has been approved, a bonus with the purchase amount to spend on upcoming purchases in our online store or physical store with no expiration date. Under no circumstances will the money be refunded.
Is the product I purchase guaranteed?
All products offered on the Time2padel website are guaranteed by suppliers who guarantee that these items are in perfect condition for use.
In accordance with current regulations these products have a two-year warranty from the time of purchase. During the first six months it is presumed that the problem will be due to a factory failure unless the supplier proves otherwise while, from the sixth month until two years it will be the customer who has to prove that the fault was due to an original failure.
If the customer believes the problem is due to a brand failure:
The Warranty Department will respond by applying guarantees by indicating the information you have to provide to us, as it varies depending on each brand. All communication will always be made through the application of guarantees.
Once the information has been reviewed by the brand, if you have verified that the defect may be manufactured, the customer will send the order to the address indicated by Time2padel, with the customer who will pay the shipping costs.
Once the product is reviewed, the brand's technical service can come in three different ways:
a) Fix the product and return it to the customer.
b) Send a new item to the customer always being of the same nature as the previous one. Only one different product will be shipped for the purpose of stock of the first. In the event that the customer does not want any items, they will be generated a voucher to redeem in the online store within 6 months.
c) Determine that there has been no factory failure so the technical service will not fix or change the product.
In cases (a) and (b), Time2padel will bear the costs of delivering the product to the customer. In case (c) it will be the customer who assumes the shipping costs of the product that does not come under warranty.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer may return any purchase made (right of withdrawal) by sending us an email to email@example.com , with the following data:
- First and last name
- Email and phone
- Order number
The return can be made during the first 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the same.
It will be the customer who will bear the shipping costs of the return. No goods received due to freight will be collected.
In order for the customer to exercise his right of withdrawal without any problem, the returned product:
- It must be shipped with the original packaging complete, with all its elements and accessories.
- It must be in perfect condition, without showing signs of incorrect use.
- It is necessary that the product has not lost its original value, so it is essential that the seal has not been removed and retains the original labels.
Once our technicians have checked the condition of the product, and determined that the return is appropriate, a bonus will be made with the amount paid for the product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
